Matt Leitch’s career spans 25 years working across multiple sectors of the London real estate market, including high end estate agency, residential development consultancy, sales and marketing, international inward investment, acquisitions and disposals.

Before founding OQO, Matt gained extensive and invaluable experience of the London and wider UK residential market working for some of the largest, globally recognised real estate brands at senior level including Savills, CBRE and Dexters.

He has also worked for several dynamic, high end boutique developers and foreign private equity investors, providing expertise from sourcing, acquisition, design and specification consultation and delivery of highly successful marketing and sales strategies, whilst driving added value at every opportunity.

Matt has provided investment and development consultation for major UK and global developers from project inception to completion.

Matt advises on development design to the delivery of highly successful sales & marketing campaigns both in the UK and overseas; creating dynamic and effective launch strategies, working with some of the most innovative creative teams in the industry.

He has also advised hundreds of international buyers and investors on multiple projects and properties across the capital and has acquired assets for private clients from London, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, successfully negotiating the best deal whilst always providing first class professional advice.

Matt is attuned to the continually changing market trends and movements, and his property transactions have covered both private residence acquisitions and strategic portfolio investment purchases, working for both HNWI and developer clients.

Boasting an impressive sales track record, Matt has sold properties ranging from studio apartments to first time investors in capital growth regions, to trophy villas in Super Prime central London, giving him a wide and varied demographic of property experience.

His diverse career has given him extensive knowledge and insight into the property buying and selling process on many levels and has enabled him to cultivate his proficiency in negotiating and securing the right property for his clients.

Having worked both agency and client side, Matt possesses a rare dual perspective that allows him to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers. This unique vantage point ensures his clients benefit from a fully informed and strategic approach to every property transaction.

Australian born, Matt has lived and worked in London his whole professional life and enjoys nothing more than spending his weekends hiking and exploring the home counties and the southwest of England, and any spare time indulging his other passions of travel and collecting antiques, art and rare books.
