OUR FEES

Fees will be agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on the services required by our clients.

OQO will act exclusively on your behalf and do not share fees with selling agents or take on conflicting searches.

We always act in our client’s best interest, with total transparency at all stages, and will endeavour to save our clients a significant amount of time, stress and money throughout the sourcing and negotiation process.

A retainer will be required for the duration of the search process which will be deducted from the final fees after a successful purchase. *Subject to a minimum term.
